Digital protocol for sending items. The courier goes through a structured checklist when receiving the cargo at the warehouse. Photo recording of packaging integrity and scanning of barcodes via a mobile application ensure that responsibility for the goods is clearly delineated between the warehouse and logistics.

Photo confirmation and electronic signature. At the time of delivery, the courier is required to take a photo report (for example, the parcel at the door or in the hands of the recipient) and can accept the client’s electronic signature directly on the smartphone screen. All data is instantly sent to the system with a GPS and time stamp, eliminating disputes about the fact of delivery.
